At JDM Engine Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-inspired apparel. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
